1. Introduction

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jljl444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the jljl444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your jljl444 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine ID;
• A valid and active email address that you personally control;
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name;
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older);
• Your complete residential address in the Philippines.

You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or temporary suspension of your Account pending re-verification.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator subject to Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements, jljl444 is legally obligated to conduct identity verification on all registered players. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at jljl444's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID.

5. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jljl444 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) used for authentication. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including:

• Enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) features on your Account;
• Logging out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session;

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

jljl444 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered jljl444 account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

6.3 Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless the Player has selected an alternative currency option where available. jljl444 is not responsible for exchange rate losses where currency conversion is involved.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jljl444 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless superseded by the specific terms published with a given promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times on qualifying games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of each game category is stated in the promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
• Expiry: All Bonus Funds and free spins have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus credits or spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.

In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence on matters of account management, financial transactions, and conduct; individual game rules shall take precedence on matters of game mechanics and outcomes.

jljl444's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random, fair, and unpredictable. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in a controlled environment under video surveillance. jljl444 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl444 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or place bets;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage, and failing to report such issues to jljl444 support;
• Using the jljl444 platform for any money laundering activity or for processing the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Charging back, reversing, or otherwise disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jljl444 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jljl444's systems, servers, databases, or other players' accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jljl444 platform — including but not limited to the jljl444 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, video content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jljl444 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jljl444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jljl444 content without express written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jljl444 software;
• Use any jljl444 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests affiliation or endorsement without written consent;
• Create derivative works based on jljl444 content or software.

Any unauthorized use of jljl444's intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

jljl444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The specific details of how jljl444 collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data are set out in the jljl444 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering for a jljl444 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jljl444's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljl444 Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljl444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:

• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond jljl444's reasonable control;
• Delays or failures in internet connectivity, mobile networks, or third-party payment processing;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decision by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority that affects jljl444's operations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jljl444's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

jljl444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Discovery that you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3;
• Instruction from PAGCOR, the AMLC, a court order, or any other competent Philippine authority;
• Your voluntary request to close your Account.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jljl444 reserves the right to forfeit the Account Balance, including any pending winnings. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — including voluntary closure — any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of any required verification and a standard processing period.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jljl444 customer support. Closing your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before the closure date.

14. Responsible Gaming

jljl444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of adult entertainment, and jljl444 takes seriously its obligation to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

jljl444 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every registered Account's dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jljl444's internal process within thirty (30) days of formal written notification, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures. Alternatively, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

16. Amendments to These Terms

jljl444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jljl444 will notify registered players via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the jljl444 website, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect — except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR regulation, Philippine law, or a court order, in which case the updated Terms take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the jljl444 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
